Hi Crochet Lovers!
Today we will learn hot to crochet these beautiful mittens inspired on the iconic mittens worn by Bernie Sanders as you have probably seen on social media!
MATERIAL
- 5 mm hook
- 4 colors of yarn, for 5-6 mm hook (seen on the pattern as A, B, C and D)
You'll need between 20 to 40 grams of each color, have in mind that the main one is COLOR C.
I used SUPER MERINO by Katia Yarns:
- Composition: 50% virgin wool - 50% acrylic
- Each ball of 100 grams, has approximately 125 meters (136 yards)
IMPORTANT: Try to find a yarn of similar thickness so the pattern gives you an adequate mitten size.
PATTERN
This is a crochet tapestry pattern designed for 2 sizes. Women (small - 8 cm wide) and men (big - 10 cm wide). You can adjust the final length of the mitten adding or skipping rows.
